Who we are

Savvy Singing Academy LLC ("Savvy Singing Academy", "we", "us") provides digital singing guides and training materials. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at support@savvysingingacademy.com.

Data we collect and why

• Contact details (name, email address) — to create your account, deliver your downloads, respond to support requests, and send waitlist or marketing updates you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and consent for marketing.
• Account and login credentials — to authenticate you and secure your library. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Order and entitlement records (products purchased, order references) — to give you access to what you bought and to keep proper business records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage, device data and IP address — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, payments, subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds.
• Service providers such as hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We never sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
