Savvy Singing Academy LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a guide, bundle, or membership isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@savvysingingacademy.com and we will arrange it for you.
Memberships
You can cancel a membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current billing period stays active until it ends. Refunds for a renewal charge follow the same 30-day window above.
Download issues
If a download fails or a file won't open, contact support@savvysingingacademy.com and we will resend your links right away — you can also resend them yourself from the downloads page.
