Who we are

Savvy Singing Academy LLC ("we", "us", "our") sells digital downloadable content such as eBooks and checklists, with an online course and membership coming soon. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@savvysingingacademy.com.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address when you buy a product, create an account, join a waitlist, or contact support.
• Order and entitlement records (what you purchased and when) so we can deliver your files and honour your access.
• Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or expiry date — we only see limited details such as the last four digits, card brand, and the outcome of the payment.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, device, and page usage, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To fulfil orders and deliver your digital products and download links.
• To create and secure your account and give you access to what you purchased.
• To send order confirmations, download emails, and service notices.
• To send updates, launch news, or marketing emails when you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
• To respond to support requests and to prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to operate checkout. We may also use analytics and advertising pixels (for example Meta and Google) to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing, checkout, receipts, and refunds.
• Supabase — account, order, and entitlement data storage.
• Email delivery providers — to send your downloads and account emails.
• ManyChat — where used, to handle messaging conversations you start with us on social platforms.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes described above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email support@savvysingingacademy.com with your request and the email address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep limited order records for tax and accounting purposes, and deleting your account ends access to any purchased downloads stored in your library.

Children's privacy

Some of our products are written for babies, children, and teens, but they are purchased and managed by a parent or guardian. Accounts and purchases are for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@savvysingingacademy.com and we will delete it promptly.

Data retention and security

We keep account and order data while your account is active and for as long as we need it for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database policies to protect your information.
