1. Acceptance of terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Savvy Singing Academy LLC. By using this website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.
2. What we sell
We sell digital downloadable content — currently eBooks, guides, and checklists delivered as instant downloads. An online course and a membership are coming soon and will be governed by these terms, plus any additional terms shown at the time of purchase. All materials are educational and are not medical or vocal-health advice; consult a qualified professional for any voice or health concern.
3. Your account
Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person or household and may not be shared.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including eBooks, checklists, videos, course materials, copy, images, and branding — is owned by Savvy Singing Academy LLC or its licensors. When you purchase a product you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own or your family's use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, publish, upload, copy for others, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
5. Payment terms
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices listed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. You authorise the charge shown at checkout. Any future subscription products will renew automatically until cancelled, with the terms disclosed before you buy. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Vocal training results vary from person to person and depend on your practice, starting point, and consistency. We make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or career benefit. The site and products are provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate your access if you breach these terms, share or redistribute our materials, commit fraud or chargeback abuse, or misuse the site. On termination your licence to use our materials ends.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
