1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Savvy Singing Academy LLC, trading as Savvy Singing Academy ("we", "us"). They govern your use of this website and our digital singing guides, checklists, courses, and memberships (the "Service"). Contact: support@savvysingingacademy.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the site, purchasing a product, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, or that a parent or guardian agrees on behalf of a child using our materials, and that if you are buying for an organisation you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

We provide downloadable vocal training guides and checklists, and (when available) membership access to courses and additional resources. Materials are educational. They are not medical, vocal-health, or professional advice; consult a qualified professional for any voice or health concern.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials you purchase for your own personal or family use within the plan you selected. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose;
• fraud, spam, or misrepresenting your identity;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping the site or its files.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, documentation, branding, and materials in the Service remain the property of Savvy Singing Academy LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@savvysingingacademy.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringers lose access.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your licence ends; we will normally allow a reasonable window to download materials you have already purchased before data is removed.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
